Another equine trail letterbox

From: (LETTERBOXR@aol.com) | Date: 2000-07-06 20:15:21 UTC-04:00
Hi, all. Sorry about my long absence from the group. As some of you know,
I've lately been devoting most of my time to educational endeavors.

On the Forth of July, my wife Kelly and I placed a new letterbox in
Washington state. It is accessible on foot or horseback.

The clues can be found at:
http://members.aol.com/letterboxr/usa/btgd_ml.htm

This is the second letterbox I've placed that includes clues for both hikers
and equine trail riders (see http://members.aol.com/letterboxr/usa/tryon.htm).

Does anyone know of any other letterboxes that have been placed on horse
trails? Perhaps someday these could be listed as another "chain" of
letterboxes. ??

Mitch,

My box in Canaveral Marsh is in an area listed for hiking, off road
bicycles, and horseback riding.

Mitch,

Congrats on your new box! Very nice looking map and stamp. We all
agree that hiding and finding boxes is more fun than web work!

We are still in the less-than-ideal position of sending files to
Randy for him to post at our letterboxing.org site. If you can put
your new box on the Washington map (Oregon and/or Idaho as well?) and
send him the wa.htm and wa.gif files, he will post them.

We hope to have a new site in August to which all the webmasters can
post directly. We hope you'll have time this next year to help.

Best,

Tom
